How do I cancel a membership? In the app, go to Settings, then My memberships, and tap Cancel membership. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you paid for.

How do I get a refund? Memberships are paid through Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them: on iPhone through Apple's "Report a problem" page, on Android through Google Play.

I changed phones. Where are my memberships? Sign in with the same account. If a membership is missing, use Restore purchases in Settings.

Creators

When do I get paid? Every month, on the 20th, by bank transfer. Each payout covers earlier months, because Apple and Google pay us one to two months after your members pay.

Where do I add my payout details? In your Dashboard, under Payments.

Your account

How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete my account. You have 14 days to change your mind; after that your account and personal data are deleted. More, including how to ask without the app.
